Mermaid prince the beginning was the first ever kdrama I watched. Only recently have I been reminded of this as an actor in the show, Moonbin passed away. I also realised that this wasnt the original show, it is a prequel to another show, showing the high school days of Woo Hyuk (ASTRO's Moonbin).

I remember the day when I first watched this show on youtube and the feeling of excitement of me trying a new type of show to watch and I was not dissapointed. What I really love about kdramas as a whole is the way they capture feelings so well (of course normally overdramaticized but who can complain) and this show definitely ticks that box.
